A week or two ago I had booked a trip using MetroAccess' Web booking page at https://metroaccess-wb.wmata.com/passweb/hiwire?.a=pHome However, when the pickup time came, the vehicle did not. Upon calling MetroAccess, I was told that no valid reservation had been entered. Probably this was due to a computer software/hardware glitch at Metro's end.
Please fix.
